The animation, made real
The pixel factory on the front page is not a metaphor — the real factory emits the same story as telemetry. Every stage of a note’s journey produces spans and metrics, collected in SigNoz and read on dashboards that show the whole system at a glance.
This station will show the actual dashboards: what a healthy factory looks like, what a stuck lane looks like, and how an operator reads the floor. The public work ledger, run statistics, and evidence traces are this station’s public counterpart.
Watch it live
Two of the factory’s own operating surfaces are published here, read-only, for the public projects (yesod, yesod.work, spotlight-md):
- Live notes — every note moving through the factory, with status, complexity, Beads progress, and the model working it.
- Live refinery — the merge system’s control plane: lanes, active attempts, MicroVM capacity, and recent terminal outcomes.
Both read a snapshot feed at live.yesod.work that the factory republishes every few seconds. Only allowlisted projects and fields are published; any record that fails the privacy scan is withheld and counted.
